Payment/Reservation

• The river cruise is not chartered by BJU and is not exclusive to our group. However, BJU travelers qualify for a discounted group rate, provided that at least 10 passengers registered as part of the BJU group. We encourage interested travelers to register as soon as possible to secure their preferred cabin. Cabin availability is limited and reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Once cabins are filled, no additional accommodations can be guaranteed.
• A $350 per person non-refundable deposit to reserve a cabin.
• Optional travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
• Payments may be made either by check or credit card.  (3% processing charge will be applied to all credit card payments.)
• Pricing for single occupancy varies by cabin category.  Contact us for a quote on the single occupancy supplement for your cabin selection.

What is, and is not, included

• Pricing includes 9 breakfasts, 6 lunches, 8 dinners
• Pricing includes $250 port charges, pre-paid gratuities for ship crew (waiters, chefs, housekeeping, nautical staff). Any additional tipping for onboard personnel is not expected or required and is entirely at the guest’s discretion.
• Gratuities are not included for Local Specialists, Drivers, Experience Managers, Experience Directors, or extension packages. Recommended Gratuities (subject to change):
  • • Experience Director:  EUR €2.00-3.00 per person per day
    • Experience Manager:  EUR €1.00-2.00 per person per day
    • Drivers:  EUR €1.00 per person per day
    • Local Specialists:  EUR €2.00 per person per excursion
• Flight arrangements are not included in this pricing.
• Travel insurance not included. Passengers are strongly encouraged to purchase travel protection insurance.
