The tour cost is based on double occupancy and the total number of tour participants.  The tour prices listed below include the land package, hotels, land transportation, meals (breakfasts and dinners) as listed on the itinerary and prepaid gratuities.  The price does not include airfare.

Payment/Reservation

• A $250 deposit is required to reserve a spot on the tour.
• The tour deposit is fully refundable prior to January 1, 2019.

What is included and what is not included in the pricing

TOUR DIRECTOR	The services of a professional, multilingual Tour Director will be provided throughout.
PREPAID GRATUITIES	Pre-paid gratuities for the tour director, motorcoach driver and local tour guides.
MEALS	Eight breakfasts; six dinners
GROUND TRANSPORTATION	Motorcoaches are fully air-conditioned while touring.
SIGHTSEEING	Sightseeing as outlined in the itinerary with inside visits (including admission charges) and special features shown in UPPER CASE in the tour description. Sightseeing with local guides where applicable.
QUALITY HOTELS	Accommodations will be provided in superior first-class hotels or best available first-class. Twin-bedded rooms with private bath or shower, based on double occupancy.  Hotel taxes, service charges, state and local taxes, porterage service for one piece of luggage per person, tips to baggage porters and hotel staff are all included in the tour prices.
NOT INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICE	Airfare (Booking for individual passengers or group airfare can be made in the Fall of 2018 but are not presently included in this tour’s pricing.)
